Changing your lifestyle habits BEFORE the new year will lead to long-term results vs starting AFTER the new year.

WHY wait a whole month to start making some healthier changes in your life.

If you’re still thinking about waiting off on your fitness goals till January first to get your membership to the new Onelife gym that’s opening up in Rockville… you may think twice after reading what comes next…

Picture this scenario.Meet Amy.

Amy’s 5:30am alarm goes off. She hits snooze again. Just 5 more minutes.

Cofffeeeee.

Amy drives to work.

Coffee kicks in. Amy turns on her “happy face” for work.

Lunch time comes around and she picks something that “looks” healthy but in actuality, has more calories than she needs.

She finishes up her 9-10 hour shift and heads home

Mindlessly looks at fitspo posts once home to musk up enough motivation to get to the gym

Finds motivation from instagram model who promotes waist trainers &0 skinny fit teas -Buys a $80 Booty Plan in hopes that all the 1,000 body weight squats she’s told to do will build her a booty just like the IG model (who in fact got a Brazilian butt lift)

Weeks go by and still no progress. She thinks, "Why aren’t I seeing results!?”

Does more bodyweight squats.

Amy heads home to see her partner. She wants to talk… but she doesn’t have the energy for a proper conversation.

Amy eats dinner while searching for another booty plan on IG and looks into sweet sweat, a waist trimmer, or a fit detox tea.

Bedtime. Repeat for 4 more days.

Amy’s weekends are filled with drinking, cheat meals, hangovers and exhaustion from the 50-hour week

Training on Monday? Nah, non-existent for Amy, because “I’m too hungover from Sunday brunch. Maybe Cardio Tuesday”

Does “Amy" sound familiar...?
A little too familiar for some.. What if you COULD actually find the guidance you need, make a great progress, and work with a trainer that cares about you reaching your goals?

No more magazine workouts.

There is a better way to successfully reach your goals while still being able to enjoy the foods you love… like that delicious Alpaca Ice cream in Rockville town center that has been calling my name for the past few days.

And fortunately for you, reaching your fitness goals without creating restrictions is much easier than you think.
Over the past 6 years, I’ve been helping people just like you get the results they’re looking for.

How?

I build custom programs for my clients needs. I teach them how to take the information I’ve given them and apply it to their day to day lifestyle habits. And I teach them how to apply this new knowledge for long term results.

No more flakey workouts... Join my #DemeFit Community to start your New Year off on the right foot!💪🏻✨

My name is Demetra Eftimiades but I go by Demi!

I am the owner of Demefit Online Personal Training and I was born and raised in Silver Spring MD. I attended Bethesda Chevy Chase High School my freshman year and finished the remainder of my High School career overseas. Throughout high school I have always participated in sport teams year round so fitness has always been a part of my life! In college, I joined the Montgomery College Women’s Basketball Team while studying athletic training. I also joined the Women’s Softball team during the spring season for a short period of time. I participated in 2-hour long practices daily in addition to games. You would think I would be in amazing shape. Yet, my nutrition was not the best so I gained a substantial amount of weight in college. This just goes to show you can’t out-train a bad diet.

During my college career, I went through a massive mind and body transformation; losing over 50-pounds in fat. Over the years, I worked my way back up by increasing the number on the scale by gaining muscle. My transformation story has been featured by Toby Knapp on HOT99.5, Washingtonian, MSN.com, Bodybuilding.com, Train Magazine, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and several more. My mission is to share my health and fitness knowledge with the world and make life easier for those who are struggling with their own fitness journeys.
