Montgomery County Board of Education To Be Made Up Entirely Of Women Following November Election

For the first time ever, the Montgomery County Board of Education will be made up entirely of women following the election in November.

The Board of Education will consist of current Vice President Shebra Evans of District 4, Jeannette Dixon (At-Large), Rebecca Smondrowski (District 2), and Student member of the Board Ananya Tadikonda.

​They will be joined by the winners of the District 1, District 3, District 5, and At-Large elections. All of the candidates that have made it through to the general election in November are women.
