Jollibee is coming to Wheaton Mall.

The Filipino fast food chain has over 1,300 locations worldwide and offers a Items such as Chicken Joy (a fried chicken dish), the Yumburger (the house burger), Jolly spaghetti (a sweet spaghetti dish that includes ground beef, hot dog pieces, and ham), and many other products that are a mix between traditional Filipino fare and American-influenced cuisine.

Jollibee confirmed that the Wheaton Mall location is in the plans, but things remain uncertain as the chain has felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

We don’t have an opening date or exact location within the mall at the moment.

I WISH THEY OPEN NEAR CLINTON MD.

  13. Teresita Lindo on May 16, 2020 at 9:55 am

I guess the best place to open a Jollibee is in the National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD, it’s a tourist spot and Oxon Hill has a lot of Filipinos mostly US Navy retirees. Virginia Beach is 3.5 hours from Fairfax County while the National Harbor is only 45 mins. Wheaton, MD is about 1 to 1.5 hour from Fairfax County factoring in traffic.

It doesnt matter where jollibee open aslong is close to maryland which is dmv…. jollibee is know not only by filipinos but also by different culture of people.. casino is a bad idea because of the casino.. and also Montgomery county is the richest county in maryland which is close to bethesda where most wealthy people lives…

  16. Melanie on June 4, 2020 at 6:36 pm

How about opening in Fort Washington Maryland – That’s where most filipinos leave.

  17. Erin A on June 11, 2020 at 10:30 am

National Harbor, MD and/or Springfield, VA are both good places to put a franchise. It is in the middle of DMV. It would be nice to have one closer than Wheaton. If I win the lotto I will definitely putting one in National Harbor, MD.

  18. Ntz on June 11, 2020 at 10:53 am

Wheaton mall is not really a good location, it is better if they put it on Montgomery Mall instead or somewhere in Rockville like Pike and Rose. May be cheaper rental in Wheaton.

  22. Manny on June 23, 2020 at 10:16 am

    OMGosh! I can’t wait Jollibee’s chicken. I haven’t had Jollibee’s in a year.
Please serve Banana Lanka pie. Smiling for Halo-Halo

  23. leah on June 24, 2020 at 8:53 am

    is it open now?

    • Roland D on July 9, 2020 at 2:31 am

Potomac Mills Woodbridge area in Virginia would be a good place. Filipino families living in Woodbridge, Stafford, Fredericksburg, Manassas, Fairfax County they will come to Potomac Mills to shop the Jollibeeeeeee.

  24. Mayette Varias on June 29, 2020 at 2:25 pm

I wish near the MGM casino, Maryland

  25. William on July 4, 2020 at 11:28 am

Is this plan still in place or is it completely cancelled?

  26. Roland on July 9, 2020 at 1:42 am

Tanger Factory Outlets Center. Oxon Hill, National Harbor, Maryland and/or Potomac Mills Mega Shopping Center. Woodbridge, Virginia are the two perfect places to have Jollibee Restaurants. Both with sufficient parking spaces. A lot of Filipino families living within 25 or so. For now from in Manassas, VA, I don’t mind to drive once in a while to MOCO to satisfy my cravings

  27. Yedda on July 31, 2020 at 11:27 am

Oxon Hill, MD is the best location.

  28. Ramona on October 10, 2020 at 11:28 am
