Bon Fresco Is Coming To Rockville

Howard County-based Bon Fresco Sandwich Bakery is coming to Rockville!

I was told by an employee that the location will be in King Farm, but was recently informed that it’ll be adjacent to King Farm at 540 Gaither Rd. in the Redland Corporate Center.

Bon Fresco makes their own bread in-house. The ciabatta takes 30 hours, start to finish. “There’s no rushing it. Break open its crust, and you’ll see why it was all worth it” says their website.

Bon Fresco offers sandwiches, salads, soups, sides, and patisserie. One MoCo resident that’s a customer of their Columbia location told me “I make it a point to go because their London Broil is so good.”

There are currently four Bon Fresco locations throughout Maryland (Annapolis, Columbia, Beltsville, and Owings Mills) with Baltimore and Rockville coming soon. Two of the four current locations are breakfast & lunch only, while the other two are lunch & dinner only.

I was told that the goal is to open by the end of 2018, but that it may get pushed back a couple months.
