About The MoCoShow

The MoCoShow was created by Alex T to be the fastest, easiest, and most fun way to get your Montgomery County information.

The name came about because The MoCoShow started as a podcast back in 2015. In addition to the podcast, The MoCoShow is entirely based on the internet and social media. On The MoCoShow website, Facebook page, and Instagram/Twitter/TikTok accounts you will see a wide variety of content that is primarily MoCo based, but sometimes goes beyond that. You’ll see vintage photos, hidden gems, cool places to eat, things to do, and the latest news about the county we all love.

Late 2018 marked a new era. We went from one or two articles per day to trying to get you as much news, information, and entertainment as we possibly can. In the late spring of 2020, we brought you Taste MoCo (@TasteMoCo). Through Taste we show you the dish, tell you where it’s from, and let you decide from there. In just a few short months we have grown Taste MoCo to over 20,000 follows across all platforms.

Our founder, Alex T, can be heard weekly on The MoCoShow podcast and our team looks forward to bringing you all of the news and information you need to know about the county we love.
